Embassy Suites is probably my favourite hotel! On this occasion we chose this hotel because it looks over the airport--the very helpful young man changed our room to corner suite to give us a view and checked us in early! Room 1409. I love their evening reception (complimentary drinks & snacks) and buffet breakfasts!

Beautiful grand atrium where a complimentary evening reception is held; as well as a fantastic complimentary breakfast buffet is served, including made- to-order omelettes. The hotel was very clean in all areas; as well as the pool and deck. The room was spacious, had very comfortable beds and we appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are attending a concert at the ITHINK Amphitheater. Otherwise it is a short drive to the public beach and nice downtown shopping district.

The friendliness of the staff was off the charts. They were kind, fun and engaging. During breakfast we noticed several special people working the dining room, young adults that are living their best lives with some challenges. It meant a lot to us, witnessing the integration of these special individuals into the workforce. Well done.

This is my second stay, was just as great as the 1st stay. Hotel is 5 mins from the airport (PBI). Check in staff was friendly. I asked for a corner king and the lady at check upgraded the room without charging extra. Happy hour on Sat was good, 2 free drinks (there's a menu on the drinks) I'm pregnant and my husband doesn't drink alcohol so the bartender (very sweet lady) made us virgin drinks. The breakfast options were great, typicak continental breakfast with eggs, hashbrowns, waffle, bacon, pork sausage and fruits. There's also muffins, bagel and bread. There is a cook that does made to order omlettes. I was only here for the weekend.

The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the cover over the peephole. Water from the front desk is a nice touch

Location was close to where I was doing business, breakfast was good & family enjoyed it. Our room (2 queen beds & sofa bed) was big enough for us all. Had a nice view on the higher floors. The waterfall by the entrance was very nice.

We had a suite for 6 ppl. It was spacious, great view, comfy beds, and the breakfast and the free shuttle to and from downtown, the airport, and car rental was awesome.
